Order Processing:
Normal order processing time is 5-7 business days for non on-demand orders. If your order contains any custom or on-demand items (any feathers, transfers, customization) the processing time before shipping is 6-9 business days as these items are printed in-house and take longer to process. Because our turnaround time can fluctuate with new releases, sales and holidays, we will post the current turnaround time at the top of the website.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Average domestic delivery time is anywhere from 5-7 days after your order has been shipped. By providing an email during the checkout process, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it ships. Please note that USPS will occasionally experience shipping delays and/or tracking update delays. We ask that you please be patient when experiencing a shipping delay as these are unfortunately out of our control.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our clothing and the potential of coming in contact with a diaper, we are unable to return anything in our store for hygienic reasons. For this reason, all All items are “Final Sale”

Shipping Protection:
We offer a "Shipping Protection" option during checkout when placing an order from us. This shipping protection option is highly recommended when placing an order. Should you choose to not pay for this added service by removing it from your cart, we unfortunately will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you do pay for the protection option, we will attempt to resolve it with the shipping carrier first and follow their steps for a resolution. Then, at the discretion of Babicakes Couture, we will either issue a store credit in the amount of the lost items or re-ship the items.
Refunds & Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have an issue or concern regarding your order, please contact our customer service team at help@babicakescouture.com within 2 business days of the order being delivered and we will respond within one business day.
